Kydex or FOBUS holster?
Logan K asked:
First off i know what everyone is going to say "Get a blackhawk SERPA holster instead" I don't want a Blackhawk holster because its too much money and im probably not gonig to have this hoslter forever. So what hoslter should i get and which is better quailty. I want either the FOBUS Roto hoslter of the Kydex paddle hoslter. Tell me also, when ur running does the hoslter move a lot?

First about the running and movement problem. That is the reason I do not use any paddle holsters, kydex, leather or whatever. They move to much, your muscle memory tells you were to go in a real situation and the micro second you spend finding the butt can be a problem.
I have also had a problem with a roto (don’t remember if it was a foubus or a mikes) coming loose and changing the cant while I was working, likely happened while searching a car, lots of tight spaces and movement.
The blackhawk is great for outside carry since it has more security.
With the choices you give I would go with the kydex with the proper sized belt loop for whatever belt you are wearing. I’ve seen them on sale for as little as $20.

There is a REASON Blackhawks cost more……..THEY ARE WORTH IT.
Consider this…….. every guy I know with a Blackhawk also has a fobus or a kydex in a drawer. Did they really save any money?
