I use a C-T.A.C. (Concealed-Tactical Adjustable Cant) IWB holster from Comp-Tac….. for my XD .45 acp. They also carry them for the .40 subcompact.

I’ve been using a DeSantis IWB holster with my Taurus 145, which, I think, is about the same size as your Springfield.
No problems with the holster.

I use an “uncle mikes”. It’sa thin suede like material that fits on the inside of your jeans. They come in right or left hand depending on where you carry. I find it so comfortable that I sometimes have to check to see if it’s there. It’s all prefrence though.
