Since the early 1990s, Kahr Arms has been a leader in the concealable handgun market. They make very innovative, small, light, easily concealable handguns chambered in such popular calibers as .45 ACP, .40, and 9mm. Kahr’s weapons are popular with civilian concealed carry permit holders as well as law enforcement officers. Many of their handguns have been approved for carrying by such prestigious agencies as the NYPD and the Chicago Police Department.
Even though this Kahr firearm is surging in popularity, finding a good Kahr P380 holster can be challenging. While there are a few manufacturers making holsters for the P380, many of the major manufacturers do not yet have holsters specifically designed for the P380.
As with many of the pocket .380’s, when most owners choose a P380 holster, they choose a pocket holster. (A pocket holster is how I carry mine.) I have talked to a few other owners that use an inside the waistband holster for their Kahr P380; that is certainly a good choice as well.
The Kahr P380 makes a great concealed carry gun due to its width of only 0.75 of an inch. It’s a gun that will not be a pain to carry and won’t dictate what you wear to conceal it. The P380 loaded with 7 rounds weighs just about 13 ounces. Carried in a proper holster, the P380 will feel like you are carrying nothing at all.

What’s the best Kahr P380 pocket holster?
There are several excellent front and rear pocket holsters available for the Kahr P380. I’ve probably tried almost every model on the market at one time or another.

Will a Kahr P380 fit into a holster made for a Kahr CW380?
The Kahr P380 and the CW380 have almost identical dimensions so that a CW380 will fit into a holster made for a P380. The CW380 is a more budget-friendly version of the P380 pistol.
What’s a wallet holster? Can you suggest a Kahr P380 wallet holster?
Very much like the name, a wallet holster is a holster designed to look and ride like a wallet in a rear pocket. This style of holster is also commonly called a rear pocket holster.
Given the size of the P380, it’s an ideal choice for back pocket carry via a wallet holster. Wallet holsters are typically made from either leather or ballistic nylon. Personally, I prefer leather as a holster material, but that’s just my own personal opinion.
